AGP: Add New Hire

Account Status

To initiate the process, it is necessary to possess a valid and reviewed account. In the event that an account is not yet established or is currently under review, it is advised to contact the appropriate representative for further assistance.

Fill in hiring details

  • Fill the Hiring Details form fields
  • Click Next to save your progress

Fill in hiree details

  • Employee has been created in draft mode, giving you the flexibility to return at your convenience and seamlessly pick up where you left off.
  • Fill the Hiree Details form fields
  • Click Next to save your progress

Fill in contract details

  • Fill in the Contract Details form fields
  • Select Fixed option for Contract Type if the employee is on a contract which has a start date and end date
  • Select Indefinite option for Contract Type if the employee is working as a full time position.
  • Select Full Time option for Employment Type to set the start and end time
  • Select Part Time option for Employment Type to define the total working hours
  • The Department field to enroll the new employee to a specific department
  • Click on Create Department to add more department to the option list.
  • Add a new Department Name
  • Click Submit
  • Fill all the mandatory fields in the section and click Next to save your progress

Fill in remuneration details

  • Fill the Remuneration Details form fields
  • Click Next to save your progress
  • If select Yes for Eligible for Additional Income, Eligible for Paid Expense, and Eligible for Overtime, do specify the income description

Fill in additional details

  • Fill the Additional Details form fields
  • Click Next to save your progress

View letter of agreement

  • Go through the letter of agreement
  • Click Proceed to Sign

Proceed to sign letter of agreement

  • Draw the sign using your mouse into the signature field.
  • To clear and re-draw the signature click on Clear signature text button.
  • Tick the checkbox to acknowledge the agreement.
  • Click on Accept and sign to sign off the agreement
  • Click on Add new hire to kick-start a new hiring process of onboarding an employee.
  • Click on Download contract to view the signed letter of agreement.
  • Click on View summary to view profile of the onboarded employee.
