Welcome to our Help Center!
Our Help Center is designed to provide you with easy access to the information you need. Find all you need to know about our products and services, as well as country-specific information here.
Accessing the Help Center
To access the Help Center, simply log in to AYP’s website and navigate to the Resources section on top of the screen. On the dropdown menu, click Help Center.
Once you’re here, you can browse through all the categories we have or simply use the search function to find what you need. All articles are tagged with relevant keywords, making it easier for you to see what information are available through the search bar.
Navigating the Help Center
Our Help Center is organized into six categories, each with its own subcategories, helping you to find the information you need.
Once you’ve clicked on an article, you can still access all categories from your left sidebar. Should you wish to explore the subcategories as well, you can click on the arrow icon on each categories and see a list of the subcategories as dropdown menu.
On the bottom of every article you click on, you will see a list of articles related to your search, which may help you access more relevant information.
Troubleshooting and Support
If you encounter issues or have questions while using the Help Center, we’re here to help. On the bottom of every article, you will be able to find a feedback form that you can fill. Rest assured that our team will get back to you once we have resolved the issue.
