AGP: How to Record Payment

Account Status

To initiate the process, it is necessary to possess a valid and reviewed account. In the event that an account is not yet established or is currently under review, it is advised to contact the appropriate representative for further assistance.

Record Payment

  • Tap the Invoice option from the sidebar.
  • Click on the more (icon) button
  • Select Record payment from the dropdown menu.
  • Complete Record Payment form
  • View Invoice details
  • Fill in the Payment date and upload Payment remittance proof (if available)
  • Click Submit button
