Thailand Fiscal Year: January to December

  • AYP will provide withholding tax certificate and the 50 TAWI From for employees on February 16th.
  • Employees need to proceed with tax filings from February 17th to April 7th.

Documents required For required documents, refer to the 50 TAWI Form and submit them online. Employees will also need to update their personal income tax return, known as PND 91.
Refund Timeline For taxpayers who have overpaid their taxes, the government will ask for additional documents that they will need to submit within 7 days. Refund on the excess will take approximately 1 month.
