I am hopeful that 2022 will bring about greater opportunities and transformation for the human resources (HR) profession. 2021 was a year where the world of HR scrambled to adapt to the rapid developments of Covid-19. 2022, on the other hand, represents a year of transformation for many HR organisations, as the growing pains brought about by the pandemic become fully adapted, and organisations now become ready to begin the trajectory of rapid growth from firmly adapted foundations. For organisations that are ready to adopt this change, 2022 will be filled with great opportunities.
