Once you choose a candidate, the hire moves directly into your existing AYP EOR engagement, same point of contact, no separate agency relationship to set up.

What's the difference between AYP Talent Sourcing and hiring a recruitment agency directly?

With an agency, you'll need a separate contract, a separate invoice, and once they find your talent, you still need to figure out how to actually employ and connect them to your EOR payroll. Talent Sourcing with AYP skips that: the hire runs through your existing AYP EOR engagement, so it's one contact, one contract, and payroll starts as soon as you pick a candidate.

Do I need to already be an AYP EOR client to use Talent Sourcing?

Yes, this only works if you've got an active EOR engagement with AYP, since the new hire gets employed through that same setup. If you're not an EOR client yet, get in touch and we'll sort that out first.

What does AYP's payroll service include?

Salary processing, statutory contribution calculations and payments, payslip generation, and year-end tax filings with local authorities. The specifics vary by country — CPF in Singapore, EPF and SOCSO in Malaysia, SSF in Thailand, and equivalents across the other markets — but AYP's in-country teams handle the local rules. Leave management and expense reimbursement are also available.

What isn't included: employment contracts and HR decisions stay with your company. AYP processes payroll on your behalf; it's not the employer.

How long does it take to get a shortlist?

Usually 2 to 4 weeks from brief to shortlist, depending on the role and market. Pick someone, and they can be onboarded and paid within days of accepting the offer.

Does AYP do the recruiting itself, or work with outside recruiters?

The actual sourcing and screening happens through local partners in each market. AYP briefs them, combines their submissions into one shortlist for easy perusal. You're never managing an agency relationship directly.
