AGP: Add User

Account Status

To initiate the process, it is necessary to possess a valid and reviewed account. In the event that an account is not yet established or is currently under review, it is advised to contact the appropriate representative for further assistance.

Navigate to onboarding

  • Click on Settings and select User Management

View user management

  • Click on Add new user button

Fill add new user form

  • Fill all the mandatory fields in the modal form.
  • Click on Learn more to know more about the role types.
  • Click submit once all the fields are filled.
  • Use the checkboxes to assign specific country permissions to the newly created user.
  • To grant access to all countries at once, select the checkbox at the top of the list.
  • Alternatively, you can manually select individual countries by clicking their respective checkboxes.
  • The country permissions you assign will determine which countries’ hiring, payroll and invoicing this user can manage.
  • A successful toast message will be shown.
