As a Growth Specialist, you will mainly be responsible to hunt new customers & meet sales targets as part of the Sales team. The objective is to increase the net new year-on-year revenue for AYP Group, this involves planning & implementing new target market initiatives, as well as research on prospective accounts in target markets, pursuing leads, and moving them through the sales cycle. 

You will be the key in liaising with potential clients, either through Virtual Meetings & Demos, or Face-to-Face, therefore requiring strong communication skills.

  • Develop new business through proactive lead generation, with a primary focus on mid-size Company clients
  • Manage the entire sales process efficiently, as the start point of contact, conducting a demo, and handover to our Customer Success team
  • Demonstrate and present AYP value proposition by conducting demos
  • Cultivate and maintain solid, long-term relationships with clients
  • Identify business opportunities by researching and analyzing the different industries.
  • Create interest in clients by connecting their business needs with AYP products and services
  • Reach or exceed the assigned sales target & KPIs
  • At least a Diploma, and/or Bachelor’s Degree in any field. 
  • Min 2 – 3 years experience in the B2B Solution Sales industry, preferably HR Tech/ SaaS/ Cloud Solutions, etc. 
  • Strong display of track-record and/or achievements in sales & growth. 
  • Solution/product-oriented and interested in improving the service/product and integration with other services
  • Confident self-starter with excellent networking and persuasion skills
  • Outgoing and have a positive mindset
  • Highly self-discipline, self-driven and results-oriented
  • Proactive in learning and attending to clients
