AYP is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our team as a Product Support Intern. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support and troubleshooting assistance to customers and internal users who use our company’s products.

  • Assist customers and internal users with product support inquiries via email, or chat.
  • Document and track customer issues and resolutions using our company’s support software.
  • Collaborate with our product development and quality assurance teams to identify and escalate customer-reported issues.
  • Participate in the testing and evaluation of new product features and releases.
  • Contribute to the development of user guides, training materials, and other support documentation.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • A strong desire to learn about software development and product support.
  • Able to commit to 6 months internship.
