As a Product Designer, your main responsibility is to design and develop new cloud-based solutions for AYP Global Pay. You will work collaboratively to envision and create conceptual designs and turn those into elegant web interfaces and workflows that make outstanding user experiences. Not only that, but there is also the opportunity to define not only the visual design and user experience but also the micro-interactions that shape these solutions to life. You will research complex customer workflows, validate customer problems, and create transformative solutions that are simple, swift, smart, and easy to use.

Besides shaping our product, this role also has the opportunity to work closely with our Groups marketing arm to shape our visual identity and design creative multimedia content, which will be shared through new and existing channels.


Product design

  • Coordinate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative design solutions that align with business direction and improvements in user experience.
  • Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design challenges. Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
  • Illustrate all design ideas from concept to hand-off to engineering. Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
  • Build wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, sitemaps and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
  • Engage users/clients in the design process and evaluate user feedback
  • Seek to establish and promote design guidelines, best-practices and standards
  • Experience in creating prototypes, wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps. Proficiency in visual design, wire-framing and rapid prototyping tools
  • Conduct and analyze C-level stakeholder interviews to understand key success factors for a project or pursuit Customer segments and behaviors.
  • Develop visual representations of the interactions between the user and the functional modules in the solution.
  • Create visually compelling representations of the solution’s high-level interaction, navigation, and organization design (i.e., concept models).
  • Develop visual representations of the interactions between the user and the functional modules in the solution.
  • Deep knowledge surrounding customer segments and behaviors across multiple industries.
  • Practical experience of agile delivery, including running cross-functional squads, overseeing creation of new design direction and/or development and implementation of digital products and services.

Marketing creative delivery and asset management

  • Design compelling visuals, motion graphics, short videos, and websites to bring our stories to life through different mediums.
  • Develop digitally scalable creative assets and materials that are appropriate and exciting for diverse audiences and cultures.
  • Propose visual ideas and concepts to reinforce the brand position we want to hold in the mind of our audiences and enable a creative leap.
  • Collect, manage and nurture all creative assets and master files under our asset folder and online library.
  • Optimize and update visual assets regularly to maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.


  • Diploma / Degree holders in Design (e.g., interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial, etc.) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Min 2 years experience either in Graphic Design, product (UIUX) design, digital media design, visual design, and/or related agency work.
  • Proficiency in creative software such as Figma, Sketch, Invision, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Flash, or other design software.
  • Must have fluent written and spoken English. Additional APAC spoken language proficiency would be beneficial.
  • Strong portfolio of high-impact work that demonstrates great typographic, layout and technical skills across all things brand and marketing.
  • High-level attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Self-starter with proven experience in successfully working with a wide array of stakeholders as well as working independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and foster effective relationships with others to drive positive outcomes

Experience in the following will be added advantage

  • Having experience in both Graphic Design & Product UI/UX design.
  • Proficient in undertaking user research, user interviews, concept and usability testing.
  • Proficient in crafting UX artifacts (i.e., user journeys, wireframes, prototypes)
  • Experienced working in an Agile/Scrum development process environment.
  • Experienced in both creative agency and client-side environment preferred.
  • Good logical thinking, analyzing and problem-solving skills.

Working arrangement: Hybrid with 2 days work from office/co-working spaces (Mon, Tues) and 3 days work from home (Wed, Thurs, Fri).
