• Work with Customer Excellence (Operations) team to continually monitor and evaluate programs, processes, workflow, and business results as part of improving the overall operational efficacy.
  • Review business systems and perform process analysis of existing and future systems/processes. This involves mapping existing process and proposing new/improved process, drawing reference from the department’s strategic directives and operational/process.
  • Create and enhance administrative and operational policies and procedures, adopting best practice guidelines, process improvements, standards and procedures.
  • Analyse current and future operational needs vs technology/application functionality and proactively to add value to exploring new systems functionality.
  • Gather and document business requirements (covering business processes and needs) and translates into detailed functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to coordinate requirements for new applications/system.
  • Responsible for and involve in user acceptance tests (UAT) and drive the implementation of revised workflows/ processes.
  • Define and document user training plan, conduct training, provide end-user support and develop user guide/documentation.
  • Work closely with Customer Excellence (Operations) team and Product Managers to triage and troubleshoot issues identified in production.


  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or other related fields.
  • Min 3 years of business analyst / system analyst / project management / product management with experience in the implementation and/or support of software development projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a structured approach to break down problems and come up with logical and feasible solutions. Proven ability to handle complex system requests.
  • Strong ownership, with a self-start mindset, and willingness to learn. Bias towards actions, get things done independently.
  • Adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable to work with ambiguity and change. Able to manage multiple requests with competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively communicate complex business or technical information with different audiences verbally or in writing. Proven ability to train and provide guidance to end users.
  • Positive attitude, and team player – work effectively with people at all levels in an organization.

Experience in the following will be added advantage

  • Experience leading the implementation or support of Human Resources Information Systems a plus
  • Agile or Project Management certification(s) (PMP, PSM, CSM, SAFe, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products and the Atlassian Suite (JIRA/Confluence)
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems is a plus
  • Meticulous attention to detail, yet also see the big picture.
