Summary

The Business Development Specialist is a sales role responsible for building and generating new commercial sales pipeline through inbound leads and creative outbound outreach.

The role is tasked with strategically developing and qualifying revenue opportunities and, will work closely with Growth Specialists in a business development capacity.

We are currently seeking high-energy, driven professionals with sound business acumen and natural sales instincts to join our fast-paced and dynamic team.

Responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline
  • Proactively identify decision makers in strategic accounts through creative research
  • Prospect into strategic business accounts via cold calling, email and social strategies
  • Drive sales growth and pipeline by setting up qualified meetings for the Growth Specialist Team
  • Drive consistent activity to ensure a strong pipeline of potential deals week over week.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all activities and conversations in our CRM system.
Requirements
  • At least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in any field. 
  • Min 2-3 years of experience in the B2B Solution Sales industry, preferably HR/Tech/SaaS/Cloud solutions. 
  • Solution/product oriented and interested in improving the service/product and integration with other services.
  • A confident and fluid communication style, able to naturally engage, influence, and persuade.
  • High-Energy, outgoing and have a positive mindset.
  • Highly self-discipline, self-driven and results-oriented.
  • Proactive in learning and attending to clients.
  • Training provided.
