Summary
AYP is currently seeking a Business Development Specialist, who will be responsible to build and generate new commercial sales pipeline through inbound and outbound leads.
You will strategically develop and qualify the revenue opportunities, as well as work closely with Growth Specialists in a business development capacity. Someone who is driven, high-energy and with sound business acumen with natural sales instinct that is keen to join a fast-paced and dynamic team.
Responsibility
- Generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline
- Proactively identify decision-makers in strategic accounts through creative research
- Prospect into strategic business accounts via cold calling, email and social strategies
- Drive sales growth and pipeline by setting up qualified meetings for the Growth Specialist Team
- Drive consistent activity to ensure a strong pipeline of potential deals week over week.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all activities and conversations in our CRM system.
Skills and Qualifications
- Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Min 2-3 years of experience in the B2B Solution Sales industry, preferably HR/Tech/SaaS/Cloud solutions.
- Solution/product oriented and interested in improving the service/product and integration with other services.
- A confident and fluid communication style, able to naturally engage, influence, and persuade.
- High-Energy, outgoing and have a positive mindset.
- Highly self-discipline, self-driven and results-oriented.
- Proactive in learning and attending to clients.
- Training provided.
