In the video, it shows a determined baby bear climbs steep mountain to reunite with Mother Bear. The baby bear cub struggles up a steep, snow-covered slope toward its mother. The bear climbs a few steps, slips back down, and tries again. The cub refuses to give up as his little paws try their best to carry him higher until it finally reaches the tops to reunite with Mother Bear.
We could all learn a lesson from this baby bear: Look up and don't give up. Persevere in doing something despite the difficulty. While for parents to learn something from Mother Bear is that sometimes you've got to let kids figure it out on their own even if they slip and struggle a little.
So how can we link this to the corporate world and working environment?
Perseverance is the persistence in working on your goal despite facing many obstacles. It can be defined as the act of working towards your dreams/goals despite delayed success. As for management or supervisors, it is always good to empower your employees to make decisions. By letting them make decisions, they will think deeper if this decision able to assist companies and making them feel valued.
In the realm of ideas everything depends on enthusiasm... in the real world all rests on perseverance.
